Gary Glass has worked as an employee at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) for well over twenty-five years where he has directly managed and delivered over thirty (30) spacecraft telecommunication products with a cumulative value of over $100M.
Gary’s investment career began by investing in real estate, and has managed as many as twenty (20) income generating “doors.” He has reinvested these monies via 1031 exchanges into commercial properties and has converted some of these investments into other investments and small businesses such as Landwin Management, Landwin Partners Fund I, SAGE Property Solutions NOW!, and Zio Studios Equipment Rentals. Most recently he has acted as a consultant to Zio Studios Equipment Rentals and Pristine Uniforms Inc, a police/fire uniform provider business and is now leading MPI Financial.
Gary has a Bachelor of Science degree in each of Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Physics plus a Master of Science degree in Physics, all from California State University at Northridge, an Executive MBA from the Peter Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, and certificates in Personal Financial Planning and General Business with a concentration in Real Estate from UCLA Extension.
Gary has been and is continuing his education at UCLA Extension in the areas of Accounting and Finance. He has also been actively pursuing his personal growth education via CEOSPACE, the Napoleon Hill Foundation, PSI Seminars and others.
He continues to study the work of Peter Drucker, Buckminster Fuller and Dr W Edwards Deming. He is currently applying his skills in consulting, management and finance.
Louis Dargenzio is a seasoned Motion Picture Industry investor and advisor and oversees every aspect of the Company’s leasing business, including acquisitions, asset management, vehicle management, and dispositions, as well as the Company’s overall investment strategy and direction.
Louis has over 10 years of experience in leasing production vehicles, supplies and materials to diverse set of entertainment production mangers. He has invested and managed a number of successful business ventures. His reputation in Hollywood is one known for building one of the fastest growing equipment rental businesses in Hollywood today.
Louis started L.E.D. Productions with three trucks in early 2007. The fleet has now grown to well over one hundred vehicles and has added production supplies, production vehicles, multiple sound stages, and production offices all available for rent or lease.
Louis is increasing his business education via platforms such as CEOSPACE and continues to study Blue Ocean Strategies.
